Daily Duties at Shenandoah University:
Held position concurrently with Assistant Director of Athletics. Total business operations, (accounts payable/ Receivable cycle, Vendor Relationship Manager, equipment inventory, materials, supplies, lodging, meals and ground transportation) budgeting cost analysis. Complete recruiting cycle management. Lead target talent recruiter and closer, implement blueprint for all scouting and strategic operations. Supported Student Advising with classes and academic resources. Research business for current trends and networking avenues for student careers for placement. Developed student support of career objectives to identify personal goals, leadership skills and talent by way of meshing students classroom experience with career objectives. Career Developement and community outreach programs.
