Gynecology Care, Mother/Baby Care,IV therapy, Medication administration, Wound Care, Skin care, Central line care; Diabetic Care; Pain management;Post-surgical care. Coordinate care with all disciplines. Update physicians regarding current patient health status. Implement interventions as needed for best patient outcomes. Document patient care in medical record. Assist patients with referrals to social work, dieticians, patient advocacy,case management,etc. Patient Education in Englis or Spanish.
