Daily Duties at Xerox:

Responsible for the daily operations of a nation wide wireless call center. I am accountable for the daily operations of over 400 employees and 21 supervisors. Tasked with development of new programs which enable staff to be more productive and lower turnover rates. Analyze the working environment and make changes to better team morale and overall employee productivity. I was also tasked with the creation and implementation of new programs that enhance employee involvement and then monitor the impact on daily operations. Responsible for managing all aspects of call center operations including: Operations, Client Relations, Workforce, Quality and Training. Profit and loss responsibility and overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing changes to methods for the business unit. Reduced monthly attrition from 11% to 5% by implementing morale boosting initiatives (bonuses, prizes, team contests, etc.). Improved monthly absenteeism from 9% to 3%. Site ranked #1 for 36 consecutive months in absenteeism in ACS Wireless. Developed detailed reporting and implemented quality program initiatives which were instrumental in the site being ranked #1 in CSAT & Issue Resolution amongst Sprint call centers worldwide. Ranked number one site in gross seat per margin profitability.
