Daily Duties at Home Care America:
Responsible for one on one private duty as well as per diem shifts at local hospitals ie., Vassar and St Francis Hospitals of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Performed scheduled patient visits, participated in case management and provided clinical support to liason in hospitals throughout the metropolitan area in New York and Hudson Valley. Provided direct patient care in the home for adult patients Administer sub-acute dierct patient care ie., ventilators, suction equipment, oxygen and wound care including administration and instructional teaching including injectables Provide treatments and teachings to patients on disease state topics, medication compliance and self care and follow up care by other members of the treatment team
