Daily Duties at Soldier Support Institute:

Serve as senior human resource manager for a organizations ranging in size from 50 personnel to upwards of 2000. responsible for all personnel utilization and ensuring sections are equally staffed at 98% authorization, matches personnel with skills and job vacancies, process and reveiw personel actions on awards, school request, evaulations, personnel separations, finance reports, condcut replacement operations and in and out processing of new personnel. Compiles data for weekly and quarterly status updates to senior leaders at the highest level of the army to include general officer briefs. serves as a mentor to lower echelon supervisor on personnel matters, while conduct semi-annual inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
