* All department heads directly reported to me. * Managed all of the day to day operations of the hotel. * Managed all procedures and process for the whole hotel and for each department. * Cash control for the whole hotel. * Made sure the whole hotel was providing exceptional customer service. * Handled any and all staffing needs for the whole hotel. * Trained Managers on new processes, procedures, and technology. * Preformed room/hotel walkthroughs for quality checks. * Final approval for all department schedules. * Managed all Guest Assistant Claims by making sure all department heads were responding to them personally in a timely manner based on company policy. * Final approval for all of the ordering for the whole hotel.
