Daily Duties at Journey Wire & Cable:
-Supervise employees:delegate work flow and coordinate related activities involved in shipping procedures: oversee all outgoing shipments and ensure accuracy and timliness. -Review documentation such as invoices, shipping orders and bills of lading. -Determine shipping priorities, methods and assignments for shipping schedules. -Negotiate with freight carriers to obtain lowest possible freight costs. -Familiar with international shipping and documentation.
