Daily Duties at Xtl Inc:
-Supervise and assign work for 15 union employees in the areas of receiving, dock storage, replenishment, order picking and special projects. -Work daily of a “Wave shortage report” to ensure proper allocation of merchandise to all liquor stores in southeast Pennsylvania. -Ensure that merchandise is picking out of proper areas depending on daily volumes to maximize employee efficiency. -Periodically fill in for dispatcher ensuring proper delivery fo up to 40,000 cases to 40-50 stores. Also involves setting up loads for 25 union drivers. -Work with state employees assisted in special projects and problem solving. -Work with I..T. personal to solve any computer problems with our RIMS system, a web based inventory management system.
