Daily Duties at United States Army Human Resource School:

Training Chief and manger of the Army Human Resource Advanced Individual Training School; responsbile for counseling and professional development of 55 military and 16 civilian instructors across three locations; train an avearge of 5,000 Soldiers annually on all aspects of army human resource doctrine, to include compatibale systems and databses such as EMILPO, DCIPS, EDAS, and TOPMIS; conducts reveiws and rewrite of current lesson plans with the training and development directorate; classroms training focus on army promotions, awards, insurance benefits, personnel utilization, leaves, equal opportunity; hand recipt holder for 47 classrooms, and 5 million dollars worth of automation equipment, serve as chief advisor to senior leaders on all training matters. conduct instructor evaluations and certifications; analysis and makes recommendations for compliance with government regulation regards human resource polices and civilian personnel work schedule
