Manages and directs activities of over 70 employees in the Army largest Human Resource Reception Processing Company; interprets and enforces policy and applicable directives regards HR doctrine. Establishes control procedures to, coordinated services across four different agencies and build long residual relastions to improve efficiency, enforce standards of conduct and dress. Recommends or initiates actions to improve efficiency of functional of Human Resource processing efficiency. Plans and programs work commitments and schedules. Develops plans regarding facilities, supplies, and equipment procurement and maintenance. Plan and conduct training on latest Human Resource doctrine and system changes regards, payroll, attendance, evaluations, awards, and database managment; responsibility for the health and welare of on avearge 150 initial entry Soldiers and 20 Human Resource employess and 80 military cadre/trainers; conducts daily fitness training for new recruits and morale training; conducts Sexual Assault Prevention and Response training as a Sexual Assualt Response certifed coordinator; conduct weekly Master Resiliency Training (MRT), ensure best and current HR polices were being utilized,
