Daily Duties at Enterprise Rent A Car:
- Reconcile the fleet in the morning - Prepare vehicles for upcoming reservations - Increase or decrease fleet of vehicles as needed to maximize profits - train management trainees to prepare them for their management test - Continuous training for the improvement of CDW sales - run operations for the branch when manager as needed - run 15 and 30 day P&L and analyze them with upper management. Think of strategy for continuous improvement of the branch - Provide incentives to employees to continuously increase their performance in the areas of sales and customer performance
