Oversee all sales development functions, including new product roll-outs, account management, customer relationship, contract negotiations, return management and retail sales training. Hold budget responsibilities. Direct network to Directors of Sales, Finance and Manufacturing, located in East Region, as it pertains to, upcoming events, dealer issues, Open House schedules and requirements.
