Daily Duties at Willowood Health Care Centers:
Executive role in daily operations of a 180 bed JCAHO accredited sub-acute care and residential health care facility. Financial responsibility of operations of nursing, sub-acute care, physicial therapy and food service departments. Supervision and management of 260 employees. Chairman of the quality improvement program, vice-chairman for ethics committee, and member fo recruitment retention and safety committees.
