ANCC certification, mental health and psychiatric nurse.Oversaw 27-bed mental health unit of a JCAHO accredited community hospital. Coordinated treatment protocols including evaluation of unit admissions via ER, monitored ER activities and admissions for a mental health and substance abuse in-patient population of adults and adolescence.Managed staff of 7 nurses and support staff.
