*Directed celebrity chefs cooking demonstrations *schedule executive board and committee meetings *menu planning and wine pairings development *develop fundraising events throughout the year (seminars, food and wine pairing dinners, annual benefit gala, Holiday Homeless meal for Glide Memorial Church, member summer Barbeque, Chinese New Year dinner, Chefs Without Borders fundraisers to benefit disasters and human trafficking of children. *promote, market and sell chef dinners series in each restaurant member restaurants *manage and arrange chef cooking tour to the James Beard House in New York *develop, recruit and manage chef/individual/corporate membership drive *recruit and build corporate and individual sponsors relationships *Work closely with graphic designers with website layout, writing contents and design *research and create the WOW effects with each event *recruit and manage event working committees *coordinate international travels and lodging, sort food ingredient purchase, touring and outings *manage press conference, Public relations and event marketing *recruit and manage event interns and volunteers *enter accounting data, balance accounts, cyclical p/l reporting, budget project *working with attorneys and completing legal documents for the association *create, write and gather content for quarterly newsletters.
