Daily Duties at Mid Ship Marine Inc.:
• Monitored Barge positions calculated and provided Barge ETA’s to Terminals, Clients and Receivers. Provided Cargo Release authorizations and advice to Terminals, updating Barge Lines, Operations Projects, Clients and Receivers on a regular basis. Monitor Truck Tickets, including bulk cargo details, Truck departures, ETA’s and arrivals, providing up-to-the minute, real-time information. • Brought business information up-to-date on filing, Vessel positions and Vessel availability worldwide, thus assisting the Shipbrokers in their daily tasks. • Worked with company’s Financial Officer and Accounting team (A/P & A/R) in updating supplier and vendor files in migrating from old data system to Quickbooks and new system.
