Daily Duties at Home Care Plus:
Assess a client's status, obtain vital signs, monitor blood glucose & weights per MD order, administer medications & injections, instruct in disease process & management, perform wound care & assess for s/s of infection. Start & discontinue foley catheters, straight cath for urine. Act as a liaison between patients & MD & other disciplines.
