Managed 5 Independent Departments: * Boating Operations; (3) 49 passenger sailing catamarans, scuba diving vessel and glass bottom boat. * Recreation Services; pool services, beach services, sports recreation, tennis, lifeguards, food and beverage services with operations at (3) resort hotels * Transportation Services: (5) passenger busses, drivers, and ground logistics personnel. * Sales & Marketing: (5) sales desks & personnel, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, (2) retail stores. * Maintenance Department; facilities, vehicles, vessels, and equipment.
