Established standard operating procedure manuals for handling Federal regulated select agents and toxins. • Established standard operating procedure manuals for diagnostic testing of such select agents and toxins. • Established standard operating procedure manuals to maintain forensic integrity of potential bioterrorist material received in the laboratory. • Prepare and present bioterrorism response-training seminars to local authorities and first responders. • Advisor to local, state, and federal authorities concerning the handling and transportation of potential bioterrorist material. • Coordinate clinical workshops for local Level A laboratories. • Member of Westchester County Department of Laboratories and Research Biosafety Committee.
