Daily Duties at Kraft Foods:

■ Travels, with eighteen team members, to improve operations at six U.S. bakeries. ■ Using lean six sigma processes to reduce waste and increase output. ■ Implementing Statistical Process Controls (SPC) to standardize all aspects of the production processes. ■ Use of MiniTab to produce control charts for Statistical purposes. ■ Procure samples from the manufacturing areas to conduct quality tests. ■ Makes data graphs on a weekly basis and analyzes it to control violations. ■ Analyze data to advance production process success. ■ Prepare daily presentations, using PowerPoint, to keep team informed about improvements and areas of interest.
