Daily Duties at Friesland Campina Domo:

■ Monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of manufacturing processes through observations and measurements as well as by collecting and interpreting data from other technical and operating personnel. ■ Evaluate, implement and monitor processes and operating systems for the manufacture of product. ■ Designs, develops and tests and/or sources and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. ■ Provides problem analysis and problem resolution. ■ Work closely with other specialists (including scientists) for quality control of manufacturing processes. ■ Interact with production personnel to design and solve manufacturing/design issues and implement cost reduction ideas with regarding to products. ■ Responsible for the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements. ■ Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, methods and equipment. ■ Work with the Quality Department to define problem areas and implement product improvements based on customer concerns. ■ Work with the R&D Department to move pilot lab production to full scale production.
