Provided consulting support to client organizations with a focus on security, administration, business continuity, and performance management in database environments utilizing Oracle-RDBMS and Microsoft SQL Server. Administered operations portion of $15M ($6.4M) contract budget bringing in actual 1st year expenses just over 80% of expected. Conducted employee and contractor appraisals, developed initial and ongoing training plans, and established department goals to meet contract requirements and customer expectations. Participated in providing responses to statements of work (SOW). Established department goals and provided input to CDC CIO.
