As an Area Coach my responsibility is to lead and influence a span of (7) restaurants producing up to $6.5 million in annual sales. I drive excellence in day-to-day operations; train, coach, & support managers; plan and set goals; focus on problem solving/process improvement; set standards; recognize and motivate Unit Level Management & their Teams. Achieve aggressive Sales and Profit plans for multiple units’ .Develop and execute a strategic vision across my area. Build great teams and inspire teams to deliver an Unbeatable Customer Experience. Communicate and execute brand standards, create a great place to work where teams are cohesive, committed & driven to succeed, deliver sustained YOY sales and profit growth. Provide situational coaching and execute the highest standards of OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies. Finally to deliver Restaurant Controllable profit, exceed the budgeted EBITDA for the Franchisee. As an Area Coach my duties were outlined to provide total leadership and operations to the assigned area (district). The three most important aspects of the position are: to do the right thing, treat people as they want to be treated themselves and to make sound decisions. Other focal points included: accountability for cost controls, profitability, administration and effective communication in and for the area, as well exceed high standards of operation, the flexibility to handle the challenges of a changing market & uncompromising integrity.
