Daily Duties at Dunkin Donut Franchisee:
I oversee and coordinate activities of managerial personnel involved in operating daily restaurant functionality in an assigned store. As a District Manager review operational records and reports created by managers to project sales and to determine the root cause discovery of developing action plans to achieve targeted restaurant profitability. Coordinate sales and promotional activities as per the marketing Planogram on all 13 windows of the year for the restaurant managers. Maintain Human resources objectives/ employment records for each manager and the team by ensuring that all are Pilot approved. Progressive discipline and up to termination of employment as regards to managers whose performance does not meet company standards. Directs through subordinate managerial staff, compliance of workers with established company policies, procedures, and standards. Inspect through ROR & RFSSI premises of assigned area to ensure that physical facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental codes and ordinances & meets Dunkin Brand standards of operation. Analyzes marketing potential of new and existing restaurant locations and recommends additional sites or deletion of existing area restaurants to the franchisee in an initiative to maximize ROI.
