Daily Duties at Accounting Diversified Management:
• Frequently initiate Accounting Systems for new businesses. • Performed and/or supervise daily accounting transaction entry. • Preparation of all clients’ GL and Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Adjusting Journal Entries, Depreciation/Amortization and Accrual/Deferral calculations. • Provide full Payroll services to include: check issuance; payroll tax deposits; 941, Worker’s Compensation and Federal Unemployment Reports; issuance of 1099s and W-2s. • Prepare CRS-1s and Property Assessment/Valuation Reports. • Provide full AR and AP services. • Train clients' and personnel in fundamentals of Financial and Modified Accrual Accounting. • Preparation of clients’ Financial and Cash Flow Statements. • While full-time, I maintained approximately twelve to fifteen full service clients. My clientele included Medical, Legal, Real Estate, Construction, Retail and Oil/Gas businesses. Part-time at present.
