• Full responsibility for GAAP Standard Financial and Managerial Accounting for Electronics Manufacturing operation. • Placement and supervision of Accounting Support Staff. • Supervision and acting backup for all AP, AR, and Payroll functions. • Period closing, preparation of Financial Statements, development and upkeep of all Operation/Production Metrics. • Responsible for Project Management, EACs, Loss Reserves and GL Reconciliations. • Fixed Asset, Working Capital Management and Loan Compliance • Preparation of all Annual Budgets, Formal Qtrly Forecasts, informal Monthly Forecasts and Variance Analysis. • Responsible for adherence to SOX, CAS & FAR guidelines and controls. • Responsible for Corporate and Tax Reporting. • Primary responsibility for all Cost Accounting functions.
