Daily Duties at New Mexico Primary Care Associations:

• Full responsibility for GAAP Standard Financials. • Managerial and FAS117 Standard Accounting for multi-grant funded Not-For-Profit organization. • Primary responsibility for ‘administrative requirements’ associated with Grant monies which includes Quarterly and Annual Reporting; assess and ‘prove out’ fund status (including restricted & unrestricted); prepare billings and ‘draw-downs’ of Grant Funds based on reasonable, allocable and allowable costs. • Program Management. Grant Performance Analysis and Metrics. • Assist with Grant applications and Budget Preparation, Financial/Variance Analysis. • Supervision and acting backup for all Payroll, AP and AR functions. • Internal Control administration; development of direct-indirect cost rates and monitoring cost pools; Grant pre-award/post-award and closeout administration. • Preparation and analysis of Statement of Activities/Statement of Financial Position; evaluation and planning for future funding streams. • Generation and use of Cash Flow Statements. • Primary responsibility for all GL Reconciliations; preparation, analysis and presentation of Financial Statements.
