Daily Duties at Booz Allen Hamilton:
Arrange travel itineraries/meetings/conference calls/luncheons/video-conferencing within and outside the firm Answer, screen and route telephone calls Handle and sort incoming/outgoing domestic/foreign mail and faxes Organize and maintain filing systems Order stationery, business cards, cell phones and computer equipment Prepare letters, memorandums, expense reports, presentations, timesheets, invoices and job reports Maintain confidential client documents and information Provide administrative support for Partners (other than direct reports), Principals, Sr. Associates, Associates, Consultants and various client and in-house teams Fulfill functions for other Administrative Professionals when necessary Receptionist coverage Send/retrieve e-mails and follow-up with requests Internet research for client annual reports and profiles Factivia research for company information Coordinate, prioritize and implement multiple projects effectively Mentor one support staff and three administrative assistants Manage Amex travel issues of Administrative Professionals and send complaints to designated persons Meet new BAH hires to discuss Amex travel service and BAH culture Advise Administrative Professionals on a range of BAH issues and personal concerns Review documents, self-assessments, etc. for Administrative Professionals Contribute ideas to the Worldwide People Day Committee for New York employees interaction
