Orchestrated the activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners (Site Management Organizations, Pharm Sci, GCDS, Mumbai, FSPs, CROs, Vendors) to ensure timely delivery of quality data on one or more studies. Oversee Site Management Organizations (e.g., PCOs, NAMG, Kforce) to ensure that protocol and Monitoring Plan is consistently and appropriately implemented across investigator sites and countries. Liaise with US region and PCOs to manage protocol level subject recruitment to include the best advertising media to be used for each investigator and each protocol. Managed recruitment versus targets at country level (per CMA) by developing patient recruitment plans to assist Investigators with subject recruitment. Developed study level recruitment/retention strategy/plan (including contingency and site closure plans); oversee implementation of plan, including site-level plans, recruitment/retention tools, and advertising materials. Collaborate with the Site Management organizations to ensure that they are provided with the information to effectively contribute to the study. Proactively identify and resolve study operations-related issues as they arise. Ensured that the operational aspects of a clinical study meet time, quality & cost targets consistent with the Clinical Development Plan. Responsible for ensuring that studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, ICH, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements; Responsible for inspection readiness for all aspects of the study conduct. Assist Protocol Lead to develop project plans and implement resource strategies to achieve team’s project goals, including contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure successful delivery of study goals. Provide Program-level input and coordination, including: Input to Clinical Development/Operating Plan; Coordination of program-level Recruitment strategy; Coordination or program-level Country Allocation. Support the efficient implementation and utilization of globally agreed, processes, technologies and strategies (e.g., SDVSS, IVRS, etc) to ensure consistent processes are used across the program and that they add value to the clinical plans.
