Having stayed on with Winn-Dixie Marketing through two intensive staff audits and internal restructurings, has been positioned as lead of companywide in-store signage management/aesthetics, creative direction over circular ad redesign/rebranding, creative manager over all private label packaging activities and owner of all creative responsibilities linked to the development of new corporate style guide. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Creative direction over all aspects of weekly circular and grand-reopening circular advertisements; covering art direction, copy and custom theme development to match demographic insights, segmentation and appropriate multi-cultural messaging strategies. • Copywriter and editor for multiple advertising and marketing functions. • Creative manager over all in-store signage, messaging display development and chain-wide branding integration with departmental décor elements. • Creative lead over all private label packaging artwork. • Creative manager over photography equipment sourcing and archiving conventions for all electronic file libraries. • Contributing manager over outside agency support sources, printing processes and bid negotiations.
