Daily Duties at E. Robert Jacobs Md.:

I performed all Pre-op History and physicals, pre-op teaching and post-op follow-up. I made hospital rounds on our patients daily, wrote orders and reviewed results from radiology and labs. Dictated H&Ps, and Discharge summaries. Followed our Gastroplasty patients after release for weight loss and diet teaching. I also saw patients who were seen for Family Practice problems and routine health care.
