Daily Duties at St. Joseph Hospital:

Managed public relations focused on creating a family of materials and messages to integrate hospital and foundation oral and written messages Created, implemented and evaluated an annual giving program with new donor clubs, direct mail and events to generate $1.5 million. Worked directly with Trustees to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospects. Collaborated with physicians and key hospital administrators to develop strategies on reaching grateful patients to establish top prospect lists. Created volunteer advisory boards and event committees comprised of community leaders, cancer survivors and physicians to produce events and raise revenue for The Cancer Center. Interviewed and hired exempt/non exempt applicants. Arbitrated conflicts with employees and managers. Conducted training for managers and employees on HR laws, policies and topic such as; customer service, employee relations, employee retention and employee reward system.
