Daily Duties at Csc:

supervise off hours AMC help desk for CSC Technical Management Group in the Norwich Data Center, Provide problem escalation within SLA guidelines, start Service Restoration Teams, interface wth other lines of service, vendors, and on call technicians. Trend and statistical analysis of call response times and resolution ratios with eye to process improvements. Assist the PCAs and operational managers as needed.
