Daily Duties at Arizona State University:

Prepared, lectured, evaluated, and graded undergraduate engineering students on Scanning Electron Microscope and lab operations. Ran Metallurgical Lab for junior and senior students. Prepared lab samples and oversaw multifaceted lab analyses for same. Performed Copper, Silver, Nickel, & Titanium-Aluminum Metallization. Analyzed interconnects for adhesion, diffusion, & composition. Set-up and analyzed for electromigration and reliability parameters. Analysis techniques used: Rutherford Backscattering(RBS), Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM), and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM), Four-point probes, X-Ray Diffractometers, SIMS, etc. Experienced with positive photolithography, wet etch, diffusion, CVD, and RDA. Familiar with refurb-ishing semiconductor deposition systems like E-beam evaporators as well as various vacuum furnaces.
