Daily Duties at Csc:

Managed major Data Center Infrastructure Projects. Manage data center resources for client project managers. Capacity Planning. Trend Analysis. Change Control. Quality Assurance. Interface with clients and senior management to ensure stakeholder buy-in and compliance with all data center requirements on all projects. Conducted technical design reviews and approved operational readiness . Started and led Service Restoration Teams as needed. Supported all Service Level Agreements to maximize availability.
