Daily Duties at Internship Experience :
•Solar Turbines: Analyzed a change management effort with the engine supply chain department. Provided and recommended multi level intervention strategies with the organizational development team to improve quality and efficiency. •Bausch and Lomb - Conducted a job analysis, developed a content-validated knowledge test, as well as job performance measures for future selection procedures. •San Diego Gas and Electric -Conducted an organizational needs assessment regarding the performance appraisal system for the company. Provided detailed recommendations to San Diego Gas and Electric for future organization redesign. •IDEA Fit – Conducted interviews with various employees for various organizational projects in cultural diversity, human resource management in order to improve employee retention and satisfaction. Designed, conducted, and presented research on topics such as inclusion and discrimination in the workplace. •Stand Out International - Provide programs, tools and strategies to develop leadership, personal effectiveness, and powerful personal brands. Assisted Simon Vetter in coaching and advising managers and teams. •Designed, administered, and analyzed an organizational survey which measured customer satisfaction with five major cell phone carriers which included AT&T, Cricket Sprint, T-mobile, and Verizon Wireless.
