Daily Duties at Psi:

•Industrial Organizational Psychology expertise in Selection, Job Analysis, Leadership Assessment and Development, Pre-hire Selection, Cognitive and Behavioral Assessments. •Responsible for identifying and analyzing performance gaps as well as designing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and maximize productivity with clients. •Responsible for conducting needs assessments and using job analysis to design and validate selection and assessment tools. •Responsible for facilitating leadership development at all levels of the organization which included conflict resolution, time management, and change management. •Launched and executed various leadership development and talent assessment programs.
