Daily Duties at Truestone Communications, Llc:

Maintain full accountability for overseeing the performance of program management activities in accordance with organizational goals. Advise on client messaging strategy, materials, and other collateral materials * Assumed PM responsibility for an existing program at contract’s end and successfully negotiated 9 extensions resulting in increased contract value of over $6.2 Million. Senior Policy Analyst, Information Sharing and Collaboration Branch, Office of Intelligence and Analysis, Department of Homeland Security (2010) Lead contractor support in the creation and execution of Information Sharing Access Agreements, the cornerstone of information sharing within DHS and between DHS and its foreign, state, local and private sector partners. * Effectively analyzed internal processes to define inefficiencies and provided expert recommendations to boost productivity, streamline workflow, and improve Information Sharing Access Agreements. * Actively liaised between professionals to develop and implement multifaceted communications strategies to optimize Information Sharing Access Agreement and deliver rapid response writing and research for senior branch managers.
