Transition Manager. Reviewed and edited all Process Overview Documents provided by clients. Initiated change control documents with the offshore location. Developed training material, classroom curriculum, and delivered training for the offshore recipients. Integrated Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Mentored employees on the transition process Assisted with recruitment of employees. Accounting Manager. Supervised 12 team members, transitioned work from California to Houston. Reported transition status regularly to Accenture project management. Delivered training to offshore recipients at overseas location. Managed and prepared California state withholding quarterly/annual returns. Supervised processing of 12,000 - 1099's and 100 - 592B's (California). Approved reconciliations. Analyzed G/L accounts for posting accuracy Helped develop new procedures to tighten the controls within the business units.
