Daily Duties at Commander, Submarine Force, Pacific Fleet/United States Navy:
Operational control, support, and administration of the U.S. Pacific Submarine Force (51 afloat commands and 23 shore activities). Administrative control of Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) forces. Exercise command and control of theatre Undersea Warfare (USW)and reconnaissance forces in the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR). Supervises multi-person special intelligence watch section in support of Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) area communications using a myriad of cryptographic systems and equipment. Preside over Communications Security (COMSEC).
