Daily Duties at Hindustan Construction Company:
In-charge of Mechanical & Electrical Department. Hauling of bulk and large consignments, Equipment mobilization. Contour plan study for installation of construction facility and foundation work. Annual Budget preparation and operational cost control.Foundation and Erection of Towers.Ensure safety measures & control for operational, environmental, OHSAS .Updating of records in SAP for operational, Maintenance and equipment cost for control within the Budgeted target. Implementation of Reliability based maintenance (RCM) for reduction in overall cost of project.Review & recruitment of manpower. Impart training for safe working. Conduct Tool Box talks, Risk assessment , Inspection of lifting tools such as Wire ropes, D-shacles, Slings etc., Inspection of Lifting Equipment. Working in unison with Corporate Ofiice, GM, Client and contractor.Implemented KAIZEN methodology for efficient use of manpower, material and machinery for production at low cost leads to profitability. Saved Rs. 45,000,000 in the season budget. Installation , commissioning and maintenance of Turbine, Generator, Transformers and Transmission switch yard. Able to climb 100m, work in confined place at height.
