Daily Duties at Southwest Medical Associates:
Providing OB/GYN care to our patients. New OB visits that include complete physical with pap smear, cultures and ordered and reviewed results with patients. Performed Colposcopies with biopsies and Endocervical currettage, Cryosurgery of the cervix and other lesions. Endometrial biopsies,I&D of cysts and abcesses, Insertion and removal of IUDs, Insertion and removal of Implanon contaceptive device. Contraception discussion and prescrption for women of child-bearing age. Treatment of Menopause and osteopenia and osteoporosis.
