Daily Duties at Leviton:

Supported a large amount of company wide users with various types of application and hardware problems in many different platforms, such as Windows NT, SQL, Microsoft Exchange server, and Oracle platforms. Responsible for running multiple varieties of systems, applications such as Crystal Reports and connectivity software to the configuration of all Windows environments. Duties: Heavy phone support for remote users of all applications with heavy emphasis on sales forces support. Reviewing and suggesting equipment purchases. Setup and configuration with all software needed to run on a LAN environment. Troubleshooting and resolving all end user issues in a timely manner.
