Daily Duties at Freshdirect:

Oversaw 8 staff personnel for a warehouse that consisted of over 500 users. Supported over 500 users of corporate and warehouse environments for all PC and peripheral equipment- including troubleshooting, network connectivity, scanners, and printers.
