RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISING OF NEW RECEIPTS. ACCOUNTABLE FOR QUARTERLY FLOOR MOVES AND RESETS. RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING AND RECEIVING MERCHANDISE, RETURN TO VENDORS, SALVAGE GOODS, AND STORE TO STORE TRANSFERS. ACCOUNTABLE FOR NEAT AND ORGANIZED BACK OF HOUSE STANDARDS. MANAGE STAFF OF THREE SALES MANAGERS AND FIVE MERCHANDISERS TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES RESULTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING SUPPORT STAFF IN NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAMS.
