Daily Duties at Att:
Serve as primary point of contact for ATT’s LPP group regarding all IP Aggregator (IPAG) projects. Direct a team of five project managers in ensuring overall success of IPAG program. Handle large-scale projects, including offshore, onsite, diverse, and virtual teams; as well as high-volume project development in range of 200-400 FTP. Utilize Earned Value (EV) tool in project financial tracking.
