Directly supervised branch personnel and carried out supervisory responsibilities in accordance within the organizations policies and laws. Other responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning; assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems.
