Contracts Administration: Served on project management team overseeing construction of new facility for organization, a $750K project; Key contact for contractors: Prepared RFPs and RFIs for vendor contracts and conducted cost comparisons; Negotiated and monitored contract agreements;Planned logistics for office and workspace. Reconciled billings.
