• Supported the creative director of design as well as other senior level management in a fast paced, team oriented, deadline driven environment • Provided tech designer with fabric details and shipping dates for all lab dips, trial and sample yardage at the beginning of each season and advised daily updated for line plan distribution • Placed fabric orders for sample yardage, tracked packages and processed all yardage as it came in • Prepared and allocated color standards to mills prior to each season • Communicated and followed up with mills both locally and overseas on a daily basis • Utilized Excel to create seasonal budget chart to capture all fabric, color and print expenses for senior management’s monthly review • Prepared face and color memos for distribution to mills and factories • Participated in weekly follow up meetings and brought forward any concerns
