Daily Duties at Gerberg & Co:
• Coach physicians on how to maximize patient care by integrating evidence-based treatment protocols with business proficiencies within an evolving healthcare paradigm. • Design, facilitate and present physician wellness models and resiliency-related research at grand rounds and at local, state, and national health platforms. • Provide executive coaching to physicians negotiating life transitions which include divorce, career changes, and end-of-life decisions.
